At Xy's Comics, we want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied with your T-shirt, we’re here to help.

Stickers and trading cards are not refundable, returnable, or exchangeable.

Returns & Exchanges

• Timeframe: You may return or exchange your T-shirt within 7 days of the purchase date.

• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

• Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns and exchanges.

Refunds

• Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• Processing Time: Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to process after we receive the returned item.

• Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

• If you need a different size or design, we offer free exchanges for the same item (subject to availability).

• If the desired item is out of stock, a refund or store credit will be issued.

Defective or Incorrect Items

• If you received a damaged or incorrect T-shirt, please contact us at xyxhone@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will cover the return shipping costs and send a replacement at no extra charge.

Non-Returnable Items

• Final Sale Items: Clearance or discounted items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Customized T-shirts: Personalized or custom-printed shirts are not eligible for returns unless defective.

• Stickers and trading cards are not refundable, returnable, or exchangeable.

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at xyshone@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. We will provide return instructions and a mailing address.

3. Ship the item back to us, and once received, we will process your refund or exchange.
